Content on this site is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but make no guarantees that it is complete or current.

Enquiries & quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when we both agree in writing and any required deposit is paid.

Bookings, deposits & cancellations

Deposit, payment, travel, cancellation and rescheduling terms are detailed in your individual booking agreement. Please read it carefully before paying any deposit.

Intellectual property

The branding, text and images on this site are owned by Rumesh Jaya or used with permission and may not be reused without consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your booking agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
